Laser Eye Surgery

Does anyone have any good/bad feedback about Lazer Eye Surgery. I am contemplating having it done, but have not read about any long term results. Two people I know have had it and rave about it, but I am uncertain about the long term effects. Your feedback would really be appreciated. Thanks

My friend had worn glasses from an early age about eight years ago she decided to have laser surgery on both her eyes and has never looked back[excuse the pun] at that time it was not as cheap as today but she has said it was the best money she had ever spent.And her eyesight is still good, so go for it.Good luck

I shouldn't rush into it. The brother of a friend of mine had the treatment and now has a dry-eye problem. Apparently, there is no permanent treatment for the conditiion. His eyes continually look red and inflamed. He now regrets having it done. Besides, nobody knows the long-term effects of laser treatment, yet.

The long term results were bothering me too. I know a lot of people rave about it, but I am n ot so sure. Will have a long think about it.
