Hairdressers

Hi sorry this is probably the wrong section so - apologies, but just wondered what you'd do? i've just been to the hairdressers, app. for 1 oclock, sat down in 'the chair' at 20 past, no problem with that, but whilst she was cutting away the phone on the reception rang, and as there is no receptionist my stylist went to answer it (there were 3 others all doing hair but chose to ignore it) 5 mins later she came back, then it rang again, same thing, now this happenned 4 times, and i was really pi**ed off, but.............what do you do?? The first time she said to me..........'You dont mind if i just get that do you?' and walked off! What if i'd said 'Well yes actually i do mind!!' Its not like she was the junior or anything? What pi**es me off is, i still couldnt walk out without leaving her �2 tip, coward that i am!

2 pounds eh, a great night out for her then. seriously poor service, dont use them again, if youd wanted a receptionist to do your hair you may have got a discount

A hairstylist needs to be focused on the job at hand, not run away to be a receptionist.

Avoid in the future but at least tell them why.

i suggest you give her a tip next time DONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN SHE IS DOING YOU HAIR .

i NEVER tip the hairdressers ... why should you? Ok they provide a service but s does the woman who gives me my bread across the counter in the bakery and i dont tip her ... my milkman brings me my milk, but i never tip him, i just pay him for the milk!. I never tip my acupuncturist, and she has to see me in my knickers!

I used to have a gret hairdresser, but the same thing kept happening to me and yes, I did tip her too.
I got so fed up I changed hairdressers to where they have a Receptionist to answer the telephone

thing is, it was the first time at this one, and the cut wasnt too bad, but the other thing was the music, sooooo loud and it was like being in the kids club on holiday!! Cheeky Girls, Agadoo, Scoooch (??) i thought oh FFS!!
hey.......4get, you KNOW i dont have a curlyperm hehehe but i got it done special so i can join you on your girls night out next tuesday!!!! x
