I have just realised I have paid for Sky Movies for about 2 years at 22 per month.

They were not in my favourites and obviously never watched them. I had no idea I had them.

I am fairly good with money and with all bills being paid direct debit, one never checks. As my Sky bill incorporates my mobile, landline, broadband and sports package, I never realied this has been added on.

How stupid am I?

I am now intrigue. What, preytell, can the delectable ummmmmmmmm fail to notice?
is it part of your package or an extra add on?

if its an add- on i would complain and demand my money back!

if you have not agreed or asked for this they are out of order adding it.
they also can tell that you have not watched it... i was billed for pay per view stuff and they could access my account and tell i was being genuine as they had not been viewed. (this was cable though...)

and yes, for not noticing for 2 years, you are a divbag...;o)
I failed to notice that I was paying two lot's of insurance for about 4 years.....

I babysat for my neice so my sister could go to the hairdressers.......on her return I failed to notice that she had had her hair cut.
hi joe....

i think youre only as stupid as you feel. if you feel stupid, then you are stupid. if, on the other hand you feel clever, then you are mistaken because a clever Lion wouldnt pay for what he didnt want !!!

seriously, didnt you ever flick through the channels in the two years ???
i get so bored with Sky i find i just sit there flicking from one channel to another..
:-)
I havd a general package at 45 a month...i have thought of gettin rid of the films but i did not think they were that much...im shocked.
Actually talking of Sky.......I only noticed a couple of weeks ago that I was paying 2 different Sky Repair plans by DD...ive cancelled one now......this has been going on for about 2 1/2 years....doh !
I would drink a large mug of coffee and get on the phone to call 'Sky' customer service and try and get at least some of my money back asap ... blackmailing to otherwise cancel Sky services altogether is always an option to try out for fun.
I would go one furthur than jump and have a large cup of coffee and a chaser whilst you try patiently to go through all the 'press 3 for your package details' rigmarole. Then when you have eventually got through to the right section sitting back in your chair and enjoying the 45 minute wait whilst you are told that your call is important to them ...Good Luck, especially with your patience!
I am having no end of trouble with my sky direct debit. They take out 36 quid one month 100 quid the next, then I phone them and sort out so I dont have to pay for x amount of months and they take out 66 quid the following pay date. Its doing my nut in.
we pay 51 a month for sky+ and a second box, I think it is alot of money, and we have to have the phone lines plugged in all the time or they charge us double!
Always press the sales team options - they are only too keen to sell you something - then asked to be transfered directly to customer service (if they aren't gonna make any money/ meet targets from you, they are only to keen to get shot of you )... by all means have the suggested drinks - but queue jump while you do it!!!!
we have the whole package and i never ever watch the films. I think im gonna give Sky a call on Monday morning!
