My ex text me lastnight after seeing me and my new bloke together and he said he was going to try split us up and steal me away. I told my bloke just in case he heard any stupid rumours that the ex might be trying to spread and he wanted me to tell him where ex lives, I said no and now he's annoyed I wont tell him. To me I just cant be doing with it dragging on and maybe I shouldn't have said a thing, but if my bloke goes round to confront him then the ex is getting just what he wants, a reaction. Have I done the right thing?

i think you should phone or text him and tell him straight - to bu99er off!!!

give him a piece of your mind so he knows you won't welcome him back, or enjoy the attention, that in fact you will loathe him and may call the police.

what is it with some men that they think barging in and making demands will make you come running back to them?
i would dislike a bloke all the more if he pulled a stunt like this with me, it shows up a plethora of negative traits that would not endear him to me, and in fact i would revel in watching him make a twart out of himself

also wind him up a bit by telling him you are getting married... or even pregnant... it will pish him off but alos may make him think twice...

oh yer megan I remember now :-) as long as everythings AOK now :-) I understand everyone telling me to tell him where to go and try wind him up, but he'll just thrive off that and I'm not that nasty a person. I have told him I wont go back whether I was with someone or not, I live in a very small close town so doing anything back would just make it ten times worse. I think I have done the right thing by being honest and not lowering myself to his games by getting any revenge.
