How can I find out which doctor I am registered with?

When you go to register with a new doctor, you can tick a box on the form which gives that health authority the right to track down your medical records from your previous GP and they'll find whoever it was. Otherwise, if you want to find out who you're currently registered with, you have to ring round your local surgeries (or the surgeries on the area you previously lived in) and find out yourself.
