I too am suffering from the same thing this past few days. Sinutab is quite good but only can be taken of you do not suffer from high blood pressure. You can buy it at a chemist.
My Docotr swears by steam inhalation. No menthol in it. Just steaming hot water in a bowl or bathroom sink and cover your head with a towel and inhale for a few minutes. This relieves the prssure in your blocked sinus. Other than that, you may have to see your GP and get antibiotics if it is chronic.
Hope you feel better soon.

Hi there, you poor thing, OK my advice would be to get a small bottle of Otrivine from the chemist (it's a non-menthal nose drop or spray). This will reduce all the swollen blood vessels in the nose and within half an hour you will be able to breathe through your nose as normal. Believe me it's the only thing that works. Good luck and i hope you feel better soon.
