How long as the lottery been going? 13 years or so?

Well I have never done it (bought a few scratch cards, but that's it)

Therefore I have saved (13 x�52) �676. Invested at a modest 4.75 percent interest a year and continue saving until I am 60 years old. I should have about 7k extra in the bank. I envisage this is about 90 percent more than anybody ever wins.

Add another pound a week if I did the pools, divest half the amount with a stockbroker for the last 10 years at a modest (yet risky 11 percent) I predict this simple amount will be worth 23K.

Now that is how to become rich.
