Apologies if this is in the wrong section but...
Has anyone ever heard of this website? It is whats called a search engine, you type in some keywords (say, History, Henry the 8th) and it brings up lots of related websites that have all the info you will ever need on that subject!
Sorry, not trying to be sarcastic but I can't believe the number of questions posted on this site that could be answered in seconds if only the poster had used google...
Or Wikipedia...

?
why is it better to use google/wiki where a machine will gve you the answer when you could use ab and have a nice (sometimes friendly) human do the same? I dont really see the difference myself except for dealing with human beings is nicer, so therefore i prefer to do that. I had a kyric question in music once, and didnt remember them quite right ... luckily not only did someone know what i was talking about, tell me the song and artist, they actually had a copy of the cd and sent it to me (for free!!!!)I betcha google wouldn't have done that

I think the difference on here is that they're asking someone else to look up the answer for them on google or wiki (for the types of questions that CheekyChops is talking about) rather than doing it themselves.
Why ask on here what the temperature is going to be in Madrid next week, the flight time between London and Singapore or the opening times of a place of interest? It does seem a bit lazy to me sometimes.
