Which vitamins/supplements help increase concentration?

BTW all that helped with my sleep troubles: Ive been taking the herbal sleeping aids and even though I can't sleep before 3am, I'm now knocked out until midday almost everyday. I don't suppose that's very healthy/productive and so I think I will come off them. I still haven't bought any essential oils because I can't decide which one to go with.

You really need to see a physicianl I've refrained from saying that you may be suffering from clinical depression, which is nothing to do with 'depression" as we call it, but equates to symptoms of sleep disturbance, lack of sleep, wakefulness in the early hours, inability to concentrate, inablity to complete tasks/duties, etc, etc. That is only my humble opinion and I don't mind discussing any of it with you, but you must seek medical help for your symptoms.

Hi Janetex, I appreciate your concern but I don't think depression is to blame here. On the contrary I am actually happier than normal these days (personal reasons etc :) I know that you say that clinical depression may not be mood centered in that sense but I am putting it down to extreme pre-occupation with other things at the minute.

Valium perhaps?

Cod Liver Oil. There was recently a documentry on telly. Kids were given supplements of this oil and their progress at school improved no end. Give it a try but not if you are preggers as it contains so much Vit A which is BAD for developing embryo, esp. if it's a boy. Good Luck....
