hot flushes (maybe)

hi
i keep getting sweaty forehead and feeling like i hava fever. but its not the same if u know what i mean, do u think it might be hot flushes. im in me late 40s and hav been having probs with that time of month,

Hi jojo, Could be the start of the "you know what"! I would highly recommend taking soy tablets. I am 45 and have had similar, with a really hot face! and the tablets worked for me, along with vit B complex, which seems to sort everything out with me lol

Hi jojo100, May I suggest a trip to your GP who will be able to discuss your symptoms. As you say you are late 40s and having a few other signs you might be in early stages of the menopause. x :-)
