i am 50 pounds over weight. i had 3 children back to back. i need help loosing weight. does n-e one have any advice?????

WEIGHT WATCHERS!!! Its easy to do - soesnt feel like a diet, it works without exercise and te foos is lovely and tasty and easy to make - your kids will prob like it too so no cookingg seperate meals! I've lost 9 pounds in just 2 and a half weeks!!!

i dont have the extra money for stuff like that. wish i did. all my money goes to my kids.
just eat proper food, no ready meals or junk, try and have a bit of a walk every day, you only need small changes to make a big difference.

stick with it and you will loose weight
well at the moment it is free to join when you print out the voucher on line but it still �5 a week. You could be a little bit sneaky.... Take your free voucher and join and pay your �5 and then you will get all your books and then dont go again...i know it isnt very honest but hey - needs must!!
you can always find a way, don't lose hope!
try walking places instead of driving. get a mini trampoline, not expensive at all but good fun and you lose weight and tone up. you can get gym balls for about �5 from Asda to tone up tummy muscles. fitness dvds? exercise bike? there are LOADS of inexpensive ideas!!!!!
eat sensibly..... find your willpower and stick to it and remember the reasons you wanna lose weight. my friend took a picture of herself when she was fat and stuck it to the fridge, every time she went for a snack she saw what she didn't want to be anymore.

Its not weight loss you want its fat loss. You dont want to lose muscle

Your body needs to burn more energy than you body gets from the foods you consume. Too much energy from food and you will increase fat

Count the calories you eat a day on paper or spreadsheet
Once you know what calories you are consuming. Reduce the calories by 1000 cals each week (200 a day) week until the weight comes off at 2lbs a week. No more as you will lose muscle mass. If you stop losing fat then reduce again until you lose 2lbs a week again.

Eat clean health foods fish, pasta, rice. No sugars or refined junk food

perform excercise for 30-60mins 3 times a week.

Dont be tempted by the magazines as they dont work long term and make it look easy and fast

Fat goes on slowly and comes of slowly so you have to work at it
