Why I find it hard to be faithfull???

Please dont judge me... I met this great guy who i've been with for four months now, he is gorgeous, kind hearted and funny everything I could want in a man. But have met up with my ex a couple of times, and feel really guilty about it. I also flirt with other guys and love the attention I get back. I've told my B/F I love him because I think I do, but then you could argue and say if I did love him I wouldn't do the things I do. Some people say it's my age as i'm 20 but I think age is a poor excuse!!!! Someone please help. Thanks xx
