big problem

for the last 3 years , i have rented a room out in my house to a mongoose , sadly we have not be getting on very well and i now have to evict mongoose.

some of the reasons include , mongoose leaving his hay stack in a mess
having the tv on too loud
bringing back mooses and wilderbeast
what shall i do
he is refusing to leave ?

cant have not got enough mdf to let him have a two bedroom house
