... that everything happens for a reason?

Back at end of March, beginning or April.. my bank decided that I should start paying my overdraft back. Now this couldn't have come at a worser time... I had absolutely NO money and was meant to be going to Sardinia to visit my friend.. (the first time I would be taking a holiday abroad since I was 3yrs old. I am now 22 and afraid of flying)... so... I was gutted... I knew I wouldn't be able to go and visit her when planned.. which would be June. Then I decided to play the Grand National for the first time ever.. and what a GRAND old national it was. I won �180! I never win anything! So the money paid for my flights... and a little extra! ...
Then.... a week ago my friend at work asked me if I would like to play Bingo with her on the 4th (which is today) and I said I would see.. she told me it was only �13 to play. So today I had �21 in my purse.. that was it.. all I owned in the world .. I am even doing a carboot sale on Sunday to make some cash... so I went to Bingo... and when I got there.. turned out it was EXACTLY �21 to play and my friend had been mistaken! So I put all my money into the Bingo... Just about ready to cry at the fact that I am poor.... and when I was playing..... (first time ever by the way that I had played).. I won �150!!! I was soooooo happy! But when I got home.... I had a letter from the passport office saying that I needed to send them a payment of �70 for my passport... clearly when I applied for it.. I didn't think of adding the money! Lol..

So now... I am completely stunned... everytime something happens to stop me from going on holiday... something happens to help me! Either someone or something is looking out for me... or I am just having a f*cking lucky few months!

Sorry it's so long... I am just shocked!

Actually I choose to believe that these things are sent to us from 'above' or from 'someone, a higher being'. Fortuately for me, I have landed myself in some real sh!t but always managed to come out the other side (ok not necessarily smelling of roses but out the other side none the less).

Whatever it may be, just enjoy it.

Lmao! I bumped into a mate and a colleague of hers whilst leaving the Bingo and I was telling her about it and her colleague said to me.. I will give you one piece of advice. Buy a lottery ticket'.. Lol.

Good luck Rubyrose! I too have the bank on my back at the moment with no chance of paying them so I am hoping for a bit of luck myself. Failing that it would be nice to see a big win going to someone who needs it!
