Drinking alcohol

Being honest, I drink some wine most evenings. Its like the end of my day. Anyone else do it?

So I like to have a few beers in the evening on my days off

mabey once a month i have 2-3 rum n cokes. i like it too much, so i try to stay away from it. you know with 3 kids, they don't need a lush for a mother. but once in a while i like to have some.

I have a husband and 2 gorgeous dogs but am drinking more than is good for me as I have just lost my Mum.

A different coping strategy would be much appreciated x x

peppy, I have a drink to end my day. "me time" is the excuse I use. But have in the past when things have gone bad, drank much more than was good for me too.

Thing is, you drink when you are down to "drown your sorrows" but its a cycle, as it just depresses you more. But you dont realise that at the time.

A bloke at work has a drink when he gets up and tries to hide the smell with chewing gum, fooking stinks even worse!

Ok.. I have a bit of a reputaion in my office for being an Alki... but I only drink at the pub on Fridays when we go after work.. and on Saturday nights when I am out with the girls... other than that... I don't drink throughout the week at all ... Plus we have an NO Alcohol Policy at work.

No. Surprisingly. There are many people on this site who probably don't believe me!

If I open a bottle, I drink a bottle. So I just don't open one.

Except when I do.
