i am currently working under a great employer...my work is done at home full time with excellent pay and work expenses paid off etc..im very interested in what i am doing and love the flexibility. i think i am quite lucky to be able to work from home and anyone would love to.

my boss just offered me a job under a new client. she said the position is fantastic..(dont know the pay) but i would need to take the bus there (which would cost me transportation) and i would certainly would not have the flexibility i have at home. she said she offered the job to me because she thought of me first but may ask the other people on my team as well. i told her i'd think about it but because i really enjoy my job right now, i may not take it.

suggestions? i dont want to feel obligated to take it just because she's offering...should i feel obligated in doing this because it is the "right thing to do"??

" The right thing to do" is to do what is best for YOU.
I agree, do what you want to do, what is best for yourself.
Personally if i wasn't desperate for more money & i enjoyed my job then i would stick at what i'm doing but if the new job was better paid & i needed the money then i would take the new job.
In your post below you say that your on minimum wage but in this post you say that you're on excellent pay. I would do whatever you think you would enjoy more.
If you are the same person who posted the previous post then I am confused. How can you be earning a good wage with good expenses but on a minimum wage?
