Green tea

I believe you can get green tea in capsules. Are they good in helping you to slim?

not as far as I am aware but they do help with wee ing, but it will help to flush you out if you get my drift!

i hear it's good. no facts on it though.

eat nothing but organic watermelon for 3 days. it will detox your kidneys, and help to loose water weight.

ALLO5775, what a load of rubbish! Your liver and kidneys detox themselves naturally and to the full extent they need to. No dietary fads increase their functionality or in fact make the slightest bit of difference.

As for the green tea tablets. Green tea itself is widely regarded to aid with digestion complaints and problems such as IBS but as an aid to slimming I don't think it has been proven. I've not heard of the tablets or whether they in fact have the same effects as tea itself.

Balanced diet and regular exercise is the only sure fire way I'm afraid.
