Actually, 10 strawberries is 1 portion of fruit. As is 2 tomatoes, or 1 apple, or 1 orange, 2 satsumas, 12 grapes...
I've been trying those supermarket bags of stir-fry veg. Depending which ones you buy, half a pack can be 1 or 2 portions of your veg.
I ate a Baxters Healthy Choice veg soup the other day but I tend not to count that sort of veg in my daily allowance. Dunno why. I think it's because I assume the nutritional value just isn't there, which is the whole point of the exercise!
