Beds - which side???

Just curious, which side of the bed do you sleep??

So if you are in a couple, please reply with which side and if you are male or female.

Me - female(obviously!!) and I always sleep on the left.

And when I say left , I mean if we are both laying in bed I am on Mr Fizz's left.

Supernick, I have the same theory about my flatmates. I lock my bedroom door every night (as I'm closest to the front door) so that if an axe-yielding maniac gets into our flat he'll probably kill my flatmates first because their doors are unlocked, giving me time to escape out the 1st floor window. Genius!

I thought all duvets were anti-axe-murderer...surely putting the duvet over your head will save you?

its the reason i sleep on the left, its furthest away from the door giving me time to hide under duvet and voila, i can't see axe murderer therefore he can't see me! - sorry cat your on your own

Ahh you now damn well I do. Tena Lady is no good at night..the pad keeps shifting and ends up on the floor.

Female alwas on the left side of the bed, but sometimes in the morning on the right as hubby makes cup of tea and comes back to bed. but we do not sleep.

Me male, single but I don't really care where I sleep so long as she's up first in the morning, which often means me sleeping closest to wall/ furthest from door. If an axemurderer were to come in granted I would have further to go to attack but the momentum, height and surprise element in attack would all but guarantee sucess stopping him in his tracks.

female left the reason 4 this is when i was a kid and slept in my mums bed when i was poorly i always had the left cos she slept on the right and i got into the habit

i sleep on the right and closest to the door , as it's always me who has to get up to see the kids if they are ill etc, so i guess mr.M wants me dead... when the axe murderer comes up the stairs....it is gonna be my feet he see's first hopefully the smell will put him off!!!
the other answers have really made me giggle and cheered me up as mr.M is asleep at the mo on my side of the bed.......now where is that axe??????? :-D

Me ...I am alone in the house and will from now on sleep right on the edge thinking an axe murderer is coming in !!!
