What smell............................

reminds you of being young.
This morning whilst washing my hair I used Vosene shampoo, my missus buys the blue one but must have picked up the normal one by mistake. It really took me back to being young in the bath with my sister (this is starting to sound a bit wrong) we were only toddlers! anyway it was a step up from the kitchen sink.

Sorry folks didnt read all the post as am just in but I remember something called 'penbrittan', sorry for spelling, but it was like liquid Murray Mints which my mum used to give me, not sure for what? and also the smell in the hospital when I was young, not very nice but an alfactory image none the less, but not it isnt there.
redbull always reminds me of cremola foam.MMMMMMM.I used to love the raspberry one and also loved getting the handle of the teaspoon and poking loads of little holes in the paper lid.POPPING IT LIKE BUBBLEWRAP DOES NOWADAYS.I also always put an extra spoonful in to make it extra fizzy too.Anyone remember or is it just me????

warpig - you've just reminded me, my Mum always kept a few wrapped Murray Mints in her coat pocket & when we went shopping on Saturdays, we used to sit on the bus & enjoy eating them whilst taking in the view....she also shared pear drops with us too - happy days.
Not forgetting the aroma of Mum's stews & Sunday roast dinners, 'specially her wonderful Yorkshire puddings!
