I am sure it has enough pleases to satisfy everyone. She was obviously just posting into B&S to increase the chance of a response and was not intending to be ungrateful - just maybe a bit too fed up to retype the whole thing. As a tip for the future, it might be easier just to post the link to your original question, but as you say, it is an answer bank, so that is what it is supposed to be used for, it is just that people use body and soul as a general chat room rather than expecting serious questions whereas the other topics are generally used for the original purpose.

Joko. You are so wrong in your attitude to this question. The object of homework is to try and help a parent to assist in a childs' education. If the child does not understand how to tackle the task then you point him in the right direction. That is not cheating that is teaching.
I don't know whether I'm too late with this advice, ilovemarkb, but having written and delivered many speeches this is what I would do.
You say that your son has already researched the subject. He needs to split his information into three parts.
1. where ashram originated and developed(maybe 4 or 5 lines of the speech.
2. The benefits or otherwise of ashram to the community.
The negative as well as the positive.(about 13 or 14 lines)
3. A conclusion of his own opinion in about 2 or 3 lines
I would type the speech in full in microsoft word. Get him to read it many times to himself and aloud. For the delivery of the speech, prepare cue cards, postcards are ideal size. On these write in large capitals, keywords such as - ORIGIN HINDU. Hopefully a quick glance should then remind him of the full sentence. Hope this is of some help and not too late.

i don't want to get into all this again, but chompu, of course parents should HELP!!
try actually reading my posts properly.
i do not have a problem with this, so for the last time, my problem was with the apparent demand in the main question for us to write the speech for him!
it does not ask for assistance or help, just for the work to be done.
copying the work of another is cheating, whichever way you dress it up.
It would seem, however, that ilovemark asked the question properly in other topics, which, believe it or not, i am glad to hear, as it means, he/she genuinely is just trying to help the son, and not just being lazy and cheeky - as the above question seems to imply.
it is a shame he/she couldn't be bothered to type the question out properly in here, as there would not have been a problem - i may even have helped.
but as i say, lets not get into all this again, there is nothing left to say really.
