To copy and paste

Right mouse click on the word or words
keep your finger on the right and slowly drag it across the word or words....It will highlight black...then left mouse click and highlight copy .... .......... your pc has this now in it memory so now press the left mouse button and highlight paste

I can't open your link at work Mamma but a handy hint: you can highlight the text by left clicking on the mouse and dragging it over the required text, then use sshortcut buttons on the keyboard of "control" + "C" to copy and "control" + "V" to paste, if you want to cut you can use "X" instead of "C" I find it works a lot quicker than doing it wih the mouse, especially if you're cutting and pasting lots of stuff.
