www.bravissimo.com do an online service and will send you a catalogue but they also have shops you can visit, they have one in Ealing, there are others but I can't remember where, check their website. Evans also has decent size lingerie, not necessarily what you're looking for though. If you go to Oxford Street and try the department stores like Debenhams, they occasionally go up to a size 20 in some ranges. Also try the really big Marks & Spencer near Marble Arch, I haven't been in there in ages so I have no idea what they have but it might be worth a try.
