runny nose

Girl in work is having terrible problems with her sinus's - her nose is constantky running and she is bunged up - but doesnt have a cold. Any suggestions? She is usiing a nose spray?

hayfever perhaps~? Try antihistamines

Try getting her to get some Psuedoepherdrin in Boots that should ease her sinuses, pack the spray in as it makes nose running.

Hayfever sounds a good shout.

Try antihistamines as redcrx has pointed out, and eye drops & nasal spray & sunglasse & vaseline up your nose, it catches the pollen i promise you
