bloatedness and lack of periods for three months o

is there anything i can take to reduce the bloatedness i am suffering with. my breasts are like rocket launchers and have have so much fluid around my middle the flab is just learching over the top of my waistbelt.
it is the most uncomfortable feeling.
i am not pregnant and i have a physical job. i have recently moved and have been studying . i know that this can all contribute but will i ever get rid of all this fluid
