Irregular periods

My periods are always 5 wks apart but recently going much longer and this month i have had two. Any ideas?

you could regulate them if you want by going on the pill, but irregular periods are common for younger women, womane who've lost a lot of weight etc. If you're worried, go see your gp.

36...too young for the menopause
any other symptoms - more painful, heavier etc ?

ermmm a bit I suppose but nothing too drastic
you're not actually too young for the menopause. but if that's what it is, you need to see your gp as you are in the younger age-range and may need some supplements to keep your bones, etc., in good health.
