My quiestion here is what do you think about the 100 ml max of liquid that you can take on a plane. We have just come back from mallorca and on the flight home we was 6 killos overweight and they tried to charge us �60 for the privelage so started to upload the conntents of our suitecases into our hand luggage (you know the type of heavy things like ipod speakers,hair dryers,travel kettles,bacardi,vibrators,etc etc) eventually we got to dead on 40 kilos and was not bothered about the litre of bacardi as have always been able to come back from abroad b4 with more than 100ml of liquid. But low and behold they have changed the rules now and apparantly you cant, as we went through the scanner the spanish plonker said to me no alchol and started to try to take the bottle of bacardi of me. After about 5 mins of arguing the tos and arm wrestling with half the spanish police they finnaly took the bottle of me. But I went away with a smile and you know why that was, they may have taken the bottle of bacardi of me but they forgot to check again about the half bottle of vodka that was in the same bag and went on that plane LMBO

Ok.....Am i the only one who saw the funny side on the original post??? I'm not here to judge people, and certainly not here to get into rows, however there are some things that shouldn't be said, just like you wouldn't say them in "real" life. Wishing someone to crash is completely out of order, and i'm sure that was said purely out of anger and not meant.
I believe that one should behave online the way one behave in the real world, and there is no need for violent outbursts, no matter what.

Knobby, I wasn't actually condoning what you said to Dot! I thought that was out of order, like I said. There is no excuse for becoming violent, be it in speech or in actions. Whatever is being said to you online, especially in a faceless place like here, you should either rise above it or respond in a diplomatic manner. That goes for all parties invoved. Hmm, seemed to have changed your tune knobbynonuts. Your original question (and very badly spelt aswell - possibly showing how ignorant you are) seemed to indicate that you thought this 100ml of any one liquid in hand luggage on a plane was a joke. When it was pointed out to you that this was a security measure you seemed to have tried to turn it round that this is what you were on about in the first place and how dreadful it is that no-one noticed you had other liquids in your case. Well it doesn't wash with me, you obviously had no idea that this measure has been in place (as has been pointed out, for quite some time) and you thought you'd 'beaten' the system by taking vodka on board. You seem to have been quite rude a few people on here who responded to your question. If you don't like the answers you get then just ignore them, don't dig yourself in further.
