the main ingredient although used in wallpaper paste was actually available on prescription for the treatment of obesity.Chromium balances blood glucose and hence cravings . i have had a very good response to it losing four pounds in the first week alone.no problems so far.hypromellose is only used to make the capsule and plays no part in the formulation. no sugar cravings,no biscuits,and no counting calories,no red and green days.....great product.
