Hi red, seen this question before and I just don't get it.
Am I supposes to go round extra hugging everbody I like in case they don't make it through the night.
Also did you have a premonition of the death.
Sorry to be cynical but we can't live our lives on the presumption that good friends will be dead in the morning.
BTW no regrets. regrets are negative.
Redhead23, sorry to hear that.

One of mine would be when my stepdad offered me 100 for every grade C i got at GCSE, being the teenager I was, I did no work at all.
I luckily got 6 C's, but it was only after that my sister told me my stepdad had taken out a loan to give me the money.
It wasnt at all that I regret not getting the 1100 i could of got, but that i let him down so much when he was trying to help me so much.
hang on wiggall not surprised you got c's. 6 times 100 is not quite 1100.
No, but I said the money i could of got, i took 11 GSCEs which = 1100!
I could HAVE got. Not English I presume.
Sorry do not mean you, I mean the subject.
Hello red, Don't regret that, your friend will have known how much you thought of him,you must now live your life to the full, make the most of the time you have, do the things you dream of doing, don't dream of doing them. I do wish my mum and dad could come back even for just 5 minutes so I could give them a hug and tell them again how much I loved them, but that will never happen, so please try not to regret, remember the good times and be thankfull you had such a good friend, take care, Ray xxx
Actually I did get english! So :-p
then why spell have as "of" twice. I hate this lazy attitude to correct use of English.
And you were obviously not taught that sentences start with capital letters?
Anyway, that is not what Redheads question is about, so that is the last I will say on it!
Hope you will be calmed by the thought that your friend probably knew how much you meant to each other , friends usually have this special unproclaimed bond . :-) xx
Red
Ray says it all
Think of the good times you had with your friend.
When things like this happen i makes you think about your own life. And the changes you can make.
You cant change the past but you can change the future.
mrk xx
my biggest regret is taking my then boyfriend back after a big argument.

Hi red
We all carry lots of baggage with us after we lose someone dear to us. We tend to keep saying "If Only". Well, unfortunately things happen to us all lose family, friends, relatives.
Life has to go on and you cannot change the past. It will get easier with time and I think you are probably still in shock at hearing of his death, especially with him being so young.
A day at a time and it does get easier.
As Edith said... non, je ne regrette rien!

Life is too short.
I think that my biggest regrets are making the wrong decisions that were ultimately down to me to get right but I didn't. I try not to regret the things that I couldn't have changed, that is pointless, i know that now. If you try to live your life as best you can and don't step over anyone on the way, you will do ok.
thats a tough question. if i say yes to like dropping out of school, then i might not have met my husband and had 3 wonderfull babies! sometimes i wish i never met my husband and his ****** up family, but then i wouldn't have my kids. and rite now they are my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sorry redhead just going off the subject for a sec but have been reading all docspocks replies and it put me in mind of a question that dot asked the other day, 'Can you tell what mood other ABers are in?'
well judging by your replies Doc i suspect you must be in a right one!! pick pick pick
Half right curlyperm,I grow a little tired of the same old topics being paraded out.
It must be a fact that a lot of people,me included I am ashamed to say, sit on here and just type anything that comes into their heads.
More inane ramblings than thought provoking matters for discussion.
