21 Answers
Hi all. This will probably get moved from here, but here goes.I`m taking my daughter to see Muse at Wembley next Sunday and we want to go to Camden first to buy some trendy gear. Now,hubby is driving us to an underground on the outskirts where we`re gonna leave the car.Can we buy a ticket to use on the underground all day and if so is there a special name for it and how much is it likely to cost?

If you take a look at a tube map on www.tfl.gov.uk you'll be able to see how it works.
You can get a day's travel card which will enable to use it an unlimited amount of times for that day - i think before 9.30 a.m. they are more expensive as it's considered travelling in peak times.

Hi ras i would have lovrd to seen muse so much but am seing the police in september (that will be fun as my wife to be next year and my ex wife are going as well) and also going to see jeff wayne doing the war of the worlds at the o2 dome in december so got a lot of bands to see and am sure that I can fit in the v concert at chelmsford in some where in the line if I can get tickets of course
And an answer to your question is just get a one day travel card that will be so much easier and will not cost you that much

Use this link to pay for parking at Ickenham, it is a 1000 yards from Hillingdon and very close to the A40 for getting back out of town quickly.

This is the map to Hillingdon station you get off the a40 and follow signs to Hillingdon station carrypast on local road to Ickenham where tube is on rhs by 1930 parade of shops, Glebe Rd .

The normal cost of parking at Ickenham is two quid a day , but there was a bloke on the barrier last night stopping other non reserved people last night as all spots had been sold for george michael gig .
You might want to consider buying an oyster card if you are going to go over midnight on return journey.

Hi rasmus and thank you so much for reminding me that muse were playing there as I suppose that I knew but just wanted to go so much that I pushed it out of my brain.
just recieved our tickets today that got on e bay for 43 for 2 inc postage on the 16th and they are genuine at block 510 right at the back I know but hey We are going to see muse at the new Wembley stadium and when you get to london you have a choise you buy an oyster card and get it topped up but as I said b4 just get a one day travel card am not sure what it costs now but it is a lot less than other people on here say that it is.
When you get to any london station or you can buy them from any shops that are around there just ask for a one day passcard for all zones and it will cover you for all tripps on the tube and buses as well
Will give you a post on sunday about what muse was like and you know they are gonnnnna beeeeeeeee greeeeeeeatttttt aint they
