Before leaving to start a family, I was the manager of a large store selling these sorts of products, and this one specifically. We could all spot a mile off the guys who trained sensibly, ate properly and built a fit, honed, muscly body the hard way. They looked healthy and gorgeous and what they achieved was longer-lasting. On the other hand, the ones who wanted a quick-fix, fantastic body were disappointed. These products feed on your insecurities in the same way as diets do. On the covers of all the so-called health and fitness magazines are always headlines for women - "Lose a stone in ten minutes" and men - "Burn all your body fat without lifting a finger."
Sarcastic, I know, but close enough!!! PLEASE save your money and keep at the proper training and sensible eating. It will be SOOOO worth it!! xx

Look at this Bourdinnilli statue from 1548. This was based on drawings from 200 BC.
Note the definition (whilst ignoring the homo-erotic undertones). Did Hercules use any thermogenic fat burner? Or Hydroxycut? No he bloody didn't!!!.

All hydroxycut will do is make your heart work harder through natural substitutes for banned substances. It will increase fat burning through thermagenics.
Unless you have a "cat" body with about 6 percent BMI, it will do little good.
It was designed for strict body builders in the last few days before competition to "cut" them further.
The health risks far outdo any good. Raised blood pressure, heart palpitations, mood swings, sleeping irregularities etc.
My advice, stick to a healthy diet and do whatever exercise you want.
I have a fairly good body. And without sounding like an ar5ehole, have never had any complainbts. Even with my middle aged stomach stretching to 36 inches, my physique is very good. Never taken any supplement in my life!!
Don't be dragged in to using crap like hydroxycut. I see no point.
