Hi folks, wonder if anyone can help?. This year i have been suffering with nothing but coughs and colds even though i exercise and do all the right things etc. I think my immune system is weak and i was wondering if anyone has any tips on what i can do/take to help keep it topped up so i don't get a cold every 4 weeks. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks x

Really?, i suffer with IBS, it won't irritate it will it?. Have you used ZInc yourself? Oh thanks by the way xx
At the very 1st sign of a cold coming drop a couple of drops of good tea tree oil into just off boiling water. Breathe steam in and gargle it when water temp goes down. It usually works for me but you have to act as soon as symptoms start. Cold virus hates steam and tea tree.

Speak to your GP, you might be a candidate for a Pneumococcal vaccine shot, one every ten years will greatly reduce your succeptability to colds and infections
have this prob to as i suffered from Glandular fever and now have a blood problem that is attcking and weakening my immune system. I take Mega-Vits (holland and barrett) and have felt so much better since - i also take zinc and feel a lot better. I also suffer from IBS and it doesn't irritate it. (Peppermint tea/tablts help with IBS!) Hope you feel better soon xxx
