Body Fortress Muscle and Weight Gainer
2 Answers
I go to the gym regularly (about 3-5 times a week) and have recently started using the above mentioned milkshake product to help in muscle building. I came back from the gym the other day and, to cut a long story short, was overcome with emotion after an heated argument with somebody (a random at a train station)... i.e. I damn near cried as I was so worked up by this argument..this was totally out of character and I haven't cried in years. My question (finally) is whether the mentioned product or similar has known side effects?

He had violent mood swings while taking the supplements and as a result people at work just started to distance themselves from him and he was subject to co-workers telling him face to face to give up the stuff sometimes when he got stroppy with them.
Also it is advisable to drink lots of water when taking the supplements coz some of them will overwhelm your kidneys and damage them.
Regarding working out 3-5 times a week...if you want to build bulk (muscle) I think it is low reps with heavy weights with a rest day in between each session...
All above is from hearsay and magazines etc ...perhaps best to see a qualified person .
Good luck.
The milkshake my not be the problem. When i was working in gyms this sort of thing happened quite regularly, especially with the body builders - massive guys scary looking and crying because some one wouldn't share the equipment or something. I put this down to the increase in testosterone that workouts produce and the moody altering aspect of extreme exercise
