I've been doing the diet for just over a month. However, I'm a bit sick of boiled veg and a piece of meat. Does anyone have any free recipes they'd like to share? Any snack tips etc?

i dont know how it fits in with slimming world, but Faijtas are low in fat, as long as you dont go mad with the sour cream, ot 1/2 fat creme fraiche is exactly the same in taste. Old el paso do a sachet of seasoning and thats virtually fat free.

Try the magazine or website for plenty of recipes. One going down well at our class for a snack at the mo is the really large mushrooms with laughing cow in the centre wrapped in bacon and put in the oven, supposed to be delicious! On a green day i love bolognese, you can make it free with quorn mince, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, passata, garlic, mixed herbs, any other flavouring you fancy and a pile of pasta. The tip is the earlier you prepare the bolognese before you intend to eat the better the quorn takes on the flavouring.
Sounds like you are having too many Original days! Have more Green days- pasta/potato recipes, chillies and curries. Also use Quorn and veggie sausages as a meat substitute.
This slimming world sounds good, I didnt know you could eat loads of quorn, I am a veggie so that would suite me down to the ground!
