When you have tests done to check for sexually transmitted infections such as Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea is it true that now they can test both males and females via a blood test, without having to take a swab from the genital regions?

Well I thought that this was the place to be if you wanted questions answered.
chlamydia can be tested via a urine test and I think you get get these in chemists.

I am not entirely sure but I have heard that they can run tests on men but dont take my word for it.

I hope that Doc spock was just having a bad day yesterday and is in a better mood today.
Well, i went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to get tested and i had to strip and sit there with me legs spread.......
