Im sure if you went to your doctor and explained how youre feeling he would look into and find out what is wrong and without is costing anything.

At a guess I would say it sounds like you could be anemic therefore need more iron.......but Im no expert.....you really should see your doctor.
If you tell your doctor you are run down and lethargic then he/she might run blood tests anyway without you having to go private. You could be anaemic. A cheap way to find out vitamin deficiency is to write out all the vitamins on paper, and then use a pendulum over them and ask it to swing on any that you are low on. Depends on your belief system. If it was me, I would just be altering my diet to include plenty of pulses, leafy green veg, and oily fish and ensuring that I was getting plenty of vitamins naturally. If I still felt wierd after that then I would go to the doctors.
