I can't find 'natural eats' - do you mean Eat Natural Bars?
If so, it is half of the following, as it weighs 50 grams:
Per 100g:
Energy 1850kJ/441kcal, Protein 8g, Carbohydrate 57.1 (of which sugars 38.5g), Fat 20.1g (of which saturates 1.2g), Cholesterol 0g, Dietary Fibre 3.3g, Sodium 180mg
Less fat though - 17.1gram and more protein - 10 grams..But no fibre.
I firmly believe that you should not eat anything you don't enjoy. The Natural Eats bar will probably keep you feeling less hungry for longer, but will it give you the 'lift' a Mars bar would?
Hayley - I said in my first answer that the bar has half the amounts as it is a 50 gram bar.
This particular eat natural bar is rather nice actually, but you're right ethel you shldn't eat what you don't enjoy and to be honest i only bought one cos there were no other shops around and got a tad hooked on them, but it won't stop me buying mars bars in the future (not found anything so far that beats a bit of choc!)
Dear lord, i actually had to register as this was the stupidest conversation i have ever read and had to say so!!! Each Eat natural Bar.. formally known as natural eats weighing 50g per bar obviously contain different amounts of calories in each as they are all made up of different nuts which obviously vary in calories. Nuts are high in calories but its not even comparible to a bloody mars bar.!!!!!!!! It may have 3 more grams of fat ....but its the saturated fat which makes you put on weight im sure the 2.4 grams is nothing compared to a mars bars saturated fat!!! the key is here to see how the fats are broken down into different types!!dear lord... most of fat in nuts is good fats thats why they are now considered a health food! I got an idea why doesnt one of you eat a mars bar every day for the next month... and the other an eat natural bar and see who gets fat!!!! ha ha
