Smoking : Stopping & Willpower
9 Answers
I am going to stop tomorrow.
I have some patches ready.
I am usually pretty good at the begining but kend to slip back into it as if my willpower just disappears.
Any Advice please, apart from the obvious health implications, I'm trying to find other motivation skills to focus on.
I will look into online support forums, anyone know the best one?

My daughter, well she has no desire to quit but working where she does in a city she can't just grab a cig break now in the day and so she is feeling very stressed and frustrated. I think wanting to stop is a big plus for you, but how you do it is very much down to which way suits you, the pharmacies are apparently offering support and so i suggest you go and discuss your lifestyle and options .
