PS turmeric is also good for detoxification of the liver....it tastes good mixed into a salad of finely chopped tomatoes, shallots and cucumber, with mint added (also a detoxifier), you can leave it to marinade in some lemon juice for a couple of hours in the fridge and that tastes good as well as being healthy (add an olive oil dressing if you are not dieting too, and mix it a couple of times while it is marinating). Sorry if this is too foody rather than B&S!
