Too many health tablets?

I already take Omega 3,6,9 capsules daily and starflower oil... I would like to take prebio 7 which helps with the digestive tract and I would also like to take kelp capsules, which help with metabolism.

Apart from costing me a small fortune, would the effects conflict with each other or prevent each other working? Kind of like an overload of a good thing is bad?

Thanks

Prebiotics are the way forward with health supplements as they are actually effective. Most people dont realise that probiotic bugs will be killed by your stomach acid so do no good for you. so I would say take the prebiotic powder.

Do you really need to take so many fatty acid supplements? Are you older? Have you thought about adjusting your diet to include fish and nuts to get these benefits?
