Is it sensible or advisable to brush one's tongue with one's toothbrush after having cleaned one's teeth?

I don't really get a furred up tongue as such, but still often whizz over it after cleaning my teeth. I then use Dentyl (smooth mint - alcohol free) Mouthwash. I always make sure my toothbrush head is clean &/or change it regularly.

It hasn't caused me any problems & seems to make food taste nicer.
It is more sensible and advisable to brush one's tongue with one's toothbursh after having cleaned one's teeth than to use one's dog's toothbrush, of that one can be assured.
