The short answer is no. The term menopause is a combination of 'meno' (menses) relating to the menstrual cycle in females, which men clearly do not endure, and 'pause' meaning to cease. However if the question relates to a general reduction of reproductive function in men, the answer is not so easy. While most men could technically be fathers until advanced old age, there is some evidence to suggest that it is associated with increased risk of foetal/genetic abnormality in their offspring. This suggests that some changes occur in men's reproductive potential associated with age.
