Your better off asking this in health and fittness whatever else, might get some ladies who are experts in that department.

party feet are an amazing product but most people do not realuise that there is a worng side and a right side, one sode is a textured nonslip side that goes face down into the shoe to avoid it sliding out of a starppy sandal, also, you should chill them in the fridge before wearing them and during the day/evening, go to the ladies, slip them out, run them under the cold tap, pat them dry and then pop them back into your shoe, (the correct way up). Also, it could be you have bought shoes with little or no arch support and your bridge is not supported, whioch adds pressure to the sole of your foot and can make your bones ache. A style with a platform would be more suitable for you as you have the heel hright but with better support for the underfoot.
