The soles in my shoes hurt me but thats because the sole has become rucked up. could you have the same problem? If not maybe there too small for you or you have a blister on your feet.
Your better off asking this in health and fittness whatever else, might get some ladies who are experts in that department.
party feet are an amazing product but most people do not realuise that there is a worng side and a right side, one sode is a textured nonslip side that goes face down into the shoe to avoid it sliding out of a starppy sandal, also, you should chill them in the fridge before wearing them and during the day/evening, go to the ladies, slip them out, run them under the cold tap, pat them dry and then pop them back into your shoe, (the correct way up). Also, it could be you have bought shoes with little or no arch support and your bridge is not supported, whioch adds pressure to the sole of your foot and can make your bones ache. A style with a platform would be more suitable for you as you have the heel hright but with better support for the underfoot.

thanks, maybe i will try two pairs.

i hate my feet, they are so skinny and a mare to buy shoes for and i have a really high arch so maybe your right about no support!
I know how you feel. I wore 4" heel for my step daughters wedding in March, haven't worn shoes like this for 25 years. I spent the whole day hobbling around, they are lovely shoes purple patent, any want to buy them.
Whenever I buy fancy shoes, I always find the size that feels perfect and then go up a 1/2 size. Also the pointier the toe the lower the heel.

Good Luck

P.S. Just saw flood footage for first time here in in US. My heart goes out to those affected.
Also if you have hard skin in this point it can become painful, try softening with Boots beautiful feet cream or Heel Balm (flexitol do one and it's not just for heels) again from Boots. Party feet help, but don't tackle the pain of hardened skin. Have a great day.
cant you wear flat shoes?

i wear flat shoes and trainers 99% of the time but this day I want to wear high ones! Just for once!

I will have to practise walking in the shoes anyway so i dont look like a constipated duck!

will try the boots cream - 5 week crash course in it! ha ha
