I read in a paper recently that there are small exercises you can do to help improve the bust - i.e. try to prevent the inevitable sagging! It mentioned doing exercises that strengthen the ligament around that area but cant remember what it's called! It may have been Cooper's - but i may be completely wrong!!
If anyone has any exercises to help with this i'd be grateful!
There was one where you clasp your hands together and raise your elbows to chest level. You then open and close your palms (fingers still locked together). You will notice the bust area moving slightly as you do it, so it definitely does something.
