Anyone else trying to give up.I havent had one for a whole week.Im also dieting and exercising and ive given up drinking diet coke cos i wasnt sleeping and thought i was having to much caffiene.Trouble is,i wonder if im trying to do too much at once?
the smoking is the most important one to crack. Don't load yourself up, do the diet when you've cracked the smoking. Doing too much at once is asking for failure. Good luck!
