Council Rent

Hi All

After some advice, what is the average monthly rent for your 3 bed house with the council, I live in Welwn Garden and trying to gauge whether its worth moving, just wanted others views?

Hiya - I live in Hertford and it is between 80 and 100 quid a week here. I would assume that this would be similar to what you pay in WGC as its so close but I would reckon that it would differ everywhere in the country - i.e. cheaper in the North maybe?

Thanks for the reply, the average around here is �350 per month, so not as high as �100 per week, anyone else got any ideas?? or what average do you pay in welwyn garden area as want to even know if paying to much or if not enough (not that i wll mind that, haha)
