Dressing the Broom

If the Broom works in a particular force or service etc how often do Brooms wearing their uniform? Or is this an old fashioned way of getting married?

Oh surely it's much better if they wear a uniform providing they've got one? Unless of course they work in McDonalds then it's a definite no no.

Thank goodness some light has been shed!

As far as I know service men still wear their dress uniforms as a groom. This is all personal choice, of course...and cheaper ;o)

I went to a wedding a couple of years ago and the groom AND bride were both in the army. Only he wore his uniform..I remember wondering why she didn't!
