Just try a lower calorie diet, have 3 or more small meals a day which are lower in calories and saturated fat than what you were eating before. Cut out crisps, biscuits, chocolate, takeaways, but allow yourself a treat every week (maybe one meal out or takeaway)
Swap things like butter for low fat spreads, mayonnaise for low fat salad dressings, or nothing, grill instead of fry etc.
Do some regular exericise (gym or a class three times a week) and a combination of the two should help you lose weight.
I have been doing this and have already dropped half a stone!
