Ok my take is this, I don't think women tend to do it when they are in a relationship (never has a boyfriend of mine said no to the suggestion when I'm up for it). BUT men do it whether in a relationship or not.

its actually a fact that men have to regularily have sex, there was an article about it, its a valid physical reason whether they are in a relationship or not . so I would expect that they would masturbate
