the things I have learnt for sure are:

Nothing is ever what is seems.
Nothing goes according to plan, sometimes for the better.
People let you down. Sometimes even the people you think you can trust, you can't.
Friends will always make you feel good. Friends with chocolate will make you feel better.
The advice you don't want to hear, is the right advice.
There are no mistakes, only research.
Change is the only thing thats permanent.
